Service Agreement
By booking a session you are agreeing to render payment in full prior to time of service. There shall be NO refund of retainer payment after 24 hours from the signing of agreement due to the reservation of the photography date. Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to session start time. Processing time can take up to six weeks after session date. No refunds will be given after session is complete. Images taken during time of service may be subject to use in portfolio/adverts.
We reserve the right to modify this service agreement at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
